Pig Farm Planning And Design

I. Overview

Based on the information provided by the project construction unit, after discussion between the two parties, Party A fully understands the goals and needs of Party A for the project, and combines the advanced pig farm design concepts at home and abroad to make the best design scheme for the overall layout planning and specific design of the project. Our pig farm design consists of two parts: animal husbandry process design and architectural design, process design is the premise and foundation of architectural design, and architectural design is the implementation scheme of process design. In the normative design process, the process design provides the basis for the architectural design, and at the same time it is repeatedly revised in the architectural design process to finally complete the construction drawing design. In the design of pig farms, we follow the principle of combining agriculture and animal husbandry, avoid waste of resources and environmental pollution, select modern production technology and scientific and technological equipment, improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, improve product quality, reduce disease losses to meet the requirements of animal welfare, environmental friendliness and sustainable development. In the design of the pig house, the production process we adopt is not only advanced, but also in line with the biological characteristics and behavioral characteristics of pigs, in line with the social habits and adaptability of pigs, and strive to provide suitable environmental conditions for pigs, give full play to their genetic potential, and obtain the best production performance.

2. Climatic conditions

Climate characteristics: XX City is located in the mid-latitude warm temperate monsoon climate zone, the four seasons change and monsoon advance and retreat are more obvious, with mild climate, small temperature difference, abundant rain, sufficient sunshine, long frost-free period. The annual average sunshine is 2635.5 hours, the annual average temperature is 11.6 °C, the annual average precipitation is 813 mm, the annual average air pressure is 1013 hPa, the annual average frost-free period is 206 days, and the annual average relative humidity is 70%. In autumn and winter, the north wind and northwest wind are the main wind, and the spring and summer wind is dominated by the south, southeast wind or southwest wind, and the average annual wind speed is 3.2 m/s.

3. Topography and surrounding environment

Terrain relief: regular terrain, flat terrain. Surrounding environment: The planned land is a non-prohibited area, away from animal isolation sites, harmless treatment sites and slaughtering and processing plants and other health and epidemic prevention prohibited areas, in line with the relevant national department construction standards and specifications on site selection.

Sow distinction is carried out in three 1200 sow production lines

Number of fields

Production time

Number of sows per batch: 1200*2.4/52*3=166.15≈168

Delivery room configuration, 56 columns * 3 units * 2 batches = 336 columns

3 batches in 3 weeks, a total of 2 batches (including disinfection time)

Number of positioning columns: 168*1.1=184.8≈185 heads

Positioning column configuration, 190 columns * 6 units = 1140 columns

3 batches in 1 weeks, a total of 6 batches (including disinfection time)

In the sow zone, a single line farrows of 3 sows are delivered every 168 weeks, and a total of 168 sows are weaned into the nursery every week (removing 50% of the piglets) in the third line, a total of 1134 piglets are farrowed

1134 piglets were transferred per week

18 heads per column x 32 columns = 576 heads/room

Each batch into 2 rooms, a total of 8 batches (1 week disinfection)

1134 pigs were converted per week

25 heads per column x 8 columns = 200 heads/room

Each batch into 6 rooms, a total of 15 batches (1 week disinfection)

Spare fattening pen

25 heads per column x 8 columns = 200 heads/room

Each building has 4 rooms, for a total of 32 rooms

Isolation house

Fence (7.0m x 4.0m = 28 sqm)

7 columns/room x 10 room = 70 columns
